Whether you use the term midlife or crisis what is actually going on at the soul level is definitely some sort of wake-up call. Maybe you are feeling lost, depressed or anxious about your life path or suddenly questioning aspects of your life choices to date. These feelings of confusion and self-doubt absolutely feel intense and like a crisis. These feelings can occur at any time of life not just at midlife although this is common, and it absolutely is a wake-up call.

This isn’t something we always like to hear but whether we like to hear it or not it remains to be true; we are responsible for where we are right now. All thoughts, decisions, actions and beliefs of the past (including past lives) have all got us to where we are right now and if nothing changes your future will be the same as the past.
Any positive change in the present will impact the future, the more positive change the more positive your future. If we don’t take responsibility for ourselves and stop blaming other nothing for us will change. Energy goes where your thoughts go so if you re thinking negatively all of your outcomes will be negative.

Let’s talk about jealousy. In my experience with spiritual healing jealousy is a multi layered curse that has damaging effects lifetime after lifetime after lifetime if not cleared properly. I’m talking about the jealousy of a evil soul and spirit and the energy that is directed with intent causes the most severe consequences I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen people lose their businesses, work that is their actual purpose and their Divine right completely destroyed from jealousy attacks, debt, illness, marriage and relationship issues, weight gain; you name it I’ve seen it and connected the dots all the way to a jealous attack.

And remember to give to yourself. A little goes a long way but when we are struggling we can sometimes quit on ourselves. Even when you feel crappy and are struggling try to give to yourself just a little. A healthy meal, quiet time to yourself to reflect, a bath, a kind word or affirmation, practice mindfulness, meditate, re focus or say No!

Has anyone else been watching Dirty John season 2 on Netflix this week? Betty Broderick’s story sadly isn’t unique. I work with women who have been traumatised and abused by psychological trauma only to be let down further by our systems.

On a spiritual level this type of abuse and trauma can have long lasting effects as the energy directed is incredibly harmful. Words are spells.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s so good that we are seeing stories like this so that issues of this nature can be seen and shared and hopefully there will be more understanding of the trauma caused by psychological abuse and maybe something can be done to change our systems.
