Self Care While Self Isolating
Personally I’ve been practicing self care for many years, it was something I found necessary when I began my healing journey and honestly it is something that is so important for our wellbeing and should be a part of our everyday routine regardless of what is happening around us. However, I understand that for many when things seem to be going well it is a routine that easily falls quietly by the wayside. So it is during times of enormous stress or unprecedented stress such is the way of the world right now that we seek to find ways to self soothe.
