Coming Out Of Self Isolation
As some of the restrictions begin to be lifted I can’t help but feel a little something about this. I feel that some people need more time, some people are only just beginning to understand themselves through this experience of isolation and they still need to figure a few things out and I feel that giving them permission to come out of isolation too soon will stop the process they have begun and all their work so far will go unfinished.
This weekend marks the first of the restrictions being lifted and I personally feel it more important than ever to stay home this weekend. Everyone feeling the need to rush out are the ones that need to remain focussed on themselves the most and the energy that will come out with them will be unsettling to say the least. If you are one of these people itching to get out of your home please consider why? Why are you struggling to sit with yourself so much? What are you avoiding? Use these feelings as a guide post to what has surfaced for you and take the opportunity to explore this further.
Our feelings and emotions are incredible guides to our soul issues and we’d do well to not only recognise them but honour them by investigating where they are coming from. They surface for a reason, issues surface for a reason; so that they can be healed and resolved. Many of us don’t take the time to connect to our feelings and emotions often enough (journaling is a great way to access our feelings) so the recent isolation has probably forced many people to feel more than what they are used to and it can be confronting to say the least.
In my work I’ve noticed that many people use their head more than their heart when making life decisions. They consider their options, pros and cons and think what will be the best course of action when all we really need to do is follow our hearts. Our feelings and emotions will guide us and steer us in the right direction if we allow them. When considering or re evaluating life direction sit with the question or decision and focus on how you feel. Does it feel good? Does it raise anxiety? Does it make you feel sick? Excited? Nervous? Whatever the feeling it will give you your answer. Living intuitively like this might seem a little risky to some but I can’t think of a better way to be guided in life other than the support of the Divine. I mean we all know there is a bigger picture right? There is more to our life plan than what is right in front of us and how will we know where we are going if we don’t trust our inner guide once in a while.
I implore you to please don’t rush out into the physical world without a little time spent exploring your inner world. The universe is literally screaming at us right now to change, grow and raise our consciousness and the least we can do is listen.
Throughout this isolation period I’ve been working with clients on issues that have surfaced during this time and will continue to do so, please reach out if you find that you can’t go it alone and would like a little healing and guidance through a Intuitive Soul Healing session.
