I’m often shown that we would do well to remember that our human self is such a small part of who we really are in the grand scheme of things. My sessions show me there is always a bigger picture with so much more going on ‘behind the scenes’ on other realms and dimensions that often present in our physical world in weird and wonderful ways and one of my recent sessions was no exception, in fact I personally was fascinated.

It was a session around family dynamics, specifically that they have been struggling to find harmony. A family who seem to be always on each other’s nerves, rubbing each other the wrong way, irritating each other and struggling to find a place of peace which they actually used to have and enjoyed quite easily. Connecting to the energy I discovered that there was a member of the family who didn’t belong, a spirit who wanted to be a part of this family on a spiritual level made it’s way in five years ago, two whole years before anyone in the actual family even met this person here in the physical world. This part  I find particularly incredible, how can this be? A true demonstration of, as above - so below.

Unfortunately, for this spirit and person they do not belong in this family, the energies don’t resonate or align and this person coming into these lives has created havoc. Under the guise of kindness is a soul with an agenda and the dis-harmony to this little family has been undeniable. When this person is around everyone there are arguments, anxiety, stress and turmoil for some which lasts long after this person has left the building!

So, how did this spirit gain access to somewhere it clearly doesn’t belong? The family as an entity was lacking spiritual boundaries. We need physical boundaries and we definitely require spiritual boundaries.

I’m not going to lie, I’m super interested to hear how the dynamics, energy and all round harmony changes now that this spirit has been moved on, the energies have been cleared and the spiritual boundaries for this family restored.

We are influenced by energies we can’t see, spirits we are not aware of and entities that we never even considered an issue and this work will never cease to amaze me. Not only are the results incredible, providing peace of mind and a sense of calm but the information that comes through for those that are a part of the equation just makes so much sense even when it sounds a little loco. 

So what can we learn from this session?

Trust when something or someone doesn’t FEEL right to you. You can be fooled with words and even actions but how you FEEL will always be your truth teller. Trust.
